Using My Account

Make sure your computer or device’s pop-up blocker settings allow pop-ups from this site. Please review these tips when logging into the My Account customer online portal:

• Login Credentials Have Changed. Usernames with spaces no longer meet new credentials. Please create a new online account and username that does not include spaces. Don't worry, your Auto Pay and notification preferences haven't changed.

• First-time users. To register for NJNG's My Account customer onine portal, you will need a recent copy of your NJNG bill. Please enter your account number and account name exactly as they appear on your NJNG bill. You will be asked to create a user name and password when you register, as well as answers to three security questions in the event you forget your password the next time you log in.

• Choosing a password. Password requirements:
  
  • Minimum 8 characters (32 maximum)
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 number or special character

• Changing a password. To change your password, log into My Account; at the Account tab select My Profile > Password and click on the pencil icon to change your password. 

• Forgot your Username? From the login screen, select "Forgot Username" and follow the instructions. If the information you enter matches our records, your username will be sent to you via email.

• Forgot your password? From the login screen, select "Forgot Password" and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you still are unable to log in, email us at CustomerCare@njng.com (residential customers) or BusinessCare@njng.com (commercial customers) with your NJNG account number and the name on your account exactly as they appear on your bill, along with the email address you used to sign up.
